Syrian Government using Soccer Stadiums as Prisons
(CNN) -- Syrian security forces were using soccer stadiums as makeshift prisons Monday in at least two cities -- Banias and Daraa -- after raiding homes and arresting hundreds of residents, the directors of two human rights organizations said.
In addition, security forces burst into homes and took residents into custody in the Damascus suburb of Modemiyah, where there were reports of gunfire Monday, said Rami Abdul-Rahman, director of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Whitney Houston Back in Rehab
Fresh off her performance a few days ago with Prince and Chaka Khan, Whitney is seeking help. According to Whitney Houston's rep, Kristen Foster the singer has officially checked back into rehab. Houston has enrolled in an out-patient program involving drug and alcohol treatment. Foster explains it was a completely voluntary and is part of Houston's "long-standing" recovery process. The terms of the program allow the singer to leave and go out in public as long as a monitor is present, TMZ reports.

Jay-Z Dealing With 'Big Pimpin' Legal Trouble
10 years after the release of Jay-Z's "Big Pimpin", Hov is dealing with some legal issues. The early 2000 hit song samples Abdel Halim Hafez's "Khosara, Khosara." The Hollywood Reporter explains what the legal matter is all about.
The plaintiff says that to the extent the defendants obtained a license of the song for the 2000 hit “Big Pimpin,” it was merely what Egyptians call “economic rights” and only pertained to reproduction, performance or distribution of the work “without alteration.”
Egyptian copyright law also confers to owners “moral rights” over copyrighted work, which, according to the plaintiff's experts, can’t be disposed of like “economic rights.” Basically, if Jay-Z wished to “mutilate” the original song by sampling it, looping it and adding his lyrics, the plaintiff argues he needed to get the express permission of each of Hamdy's four children.

The White House has NOT released an official death photo of the corpse yet.
An official has told CNN ... REAL photographs of Osama's body exist ... which show a gunshot wound to the side of his head. The official says due to the wounds, bin Laden's face is "unrecognizable."
